4. Orders & Local Delivery
We provide local delivery within specific time slots. While we aim for punctuality, delays due to traffic or weather may occur. Failed delivery attempts due to customer absence may incur extra charges.
5. Returns & Refunds
Perishable grocery items can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery. Please check your items upon arrival. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.
6. Usage & Prohibitions
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping only. Prohibited activities include hacking, spamming, or any action that disrupts our service or violates Indian laws.

3. Products, Pricing & Payments
All products listed are subject to availability. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, SherTraders does not warrant that they are error-free. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to market fluctuations. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment processing and receipt of an order confirmation message.
4. Orders, Delivery & Shipping
We offer local delivery within specific time slots chosen by you at checkout. While we aim for punctuality, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If delivery fails because no one was at the address or the provided location was incorrect, we may charge a redelivery fee. Delivery coverage is periodically updated on our platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the SherTraders platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to fraud, data mining, or spreading malware. You must not attempt to disrupt our website infrastructure or use automated systems to place fake orders. Any violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action as per Indian law.

4. Delivery Particulars
We provide local delivery across selected zones in India. Delivery time slots are allocated at checkout; please ensure someone is available at the Asia/Kolkata scheduled time. While we strive for punctuality, temporary delays may occur due to traffic or weather. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or absence may incur a redelivery fee.
5. Returns & Refunds for Grocery
Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, returns are only accepted for damaged, expired, or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery. Replacements will be issued based on stock availability. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method in INR within 7-10 business days after verification.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the SHERTRADERS platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, images, designs, and product descriptions, is the exclusive intellectual property of SHERTRADERS. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any such materials for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
SHERTRADERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our grocery products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
